Debbie Clayman is the Director of Global Rights and Speaking Services at Lynn Johnston Literary, where she enthusiastically ensures that her authors’ voices are heard around the world. Holding an MBA in finance, Debbie spent years working in finance and media before transitioning into the publishing industry. She is an active member of the Association of American Literary Agents (AALA) and serves on the People of Publishing Conference Committee. When she's not championing authors, she coaches runners for the Ulman Foundation’s Cancer to 5K program, helping young adult cancer survivors regain strength, mobility, and confidence.
