Becca is the founder and president of Braun Ink, a ghostwriting firm, and of Braun Collection, an acclaimed publisher of memorable, bestselling, and adventurous stories for a hybrid audience of business enthusiasts, business professionals, and business students.
As an innovator and writer, Becca’s longtime passion is capturing the voices of executives and entrepreneurs in new and unexpected ways. She has ghostwritten hundreds of biographies, memoirs, storyboards, comic books, speeches, scripts, articles, books, essays, and white papers for executive and entrepreneur clients who appreciate her knack for capturing their story in their voice. Her ghostwriting, writing and editing have been featured in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Providence Journal, Harvard Business Review, national sports magazines, best-selling global travel guides, and more. Furthermore, her work over two decades has earned reader and industry accolades; she has presented to audiences in a variety of venues such as in New York’s Central Park, on television news programs, in front of congressional delegations, on college campuses, and elsewhere.
Becca graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a Linguistics degree from Harvard University and received her MBA from Harvard Business School. She created the Braun Collection imprint and nonprofit to provide contemporary storytelling materials to business educators around the world. She believes in the positive power of business done well, and she is passionate about supporting business educators so they can work their magic of inspiring business students towards a better business world. She has trademarked several business storytelling brands, including BizBio (bios of executives), True Business Adventure Tale, and True Medical Adventure Tale.
Becca has also co-founded, led, grown, and/or served as a director or advisor of many companies and organizations, including JumpStart (a leading venture development organization), SupplierInsight (a supplier management software and services company), Custom Rubber Corp., World Trade Center Cleveland, and Red Cross Blood Services. She enjoys rowing, nordic skiing, and cycling; has four grown children; and lives with her husband in Cleveland, Ohio.
